She has been working in her current role for the past 7 years leading the learning and development effort for approximately 1100 IT co-workers at Mercy. She has an MBA from Webster University and has received Learning! 100 award the last 4 years as well as the Creating an Impact in IT at Perspectives in 2016. Her organization also won the ROI award from Nucleus Research in 2016 for the impact using Skillsoft resources has had in the Mercy IT organization.
